Privacy policy

1. Discretion starts with us

At Vialet Escortservice, discretion comes first. That applies not only to your date, but to everything we know about you. This privacy policy explains which data we process, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

We only ask for what we need to arrange a safe and pleasant date. We never use your data for advertising and we never sell it.

Who is responsible?

The controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

  • Vialet Escortservice
  • Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 24410111 (Rotterdam)
  • Operating licence: vs.H.0599ESUITE1471222024
  • Email: [email protected]

  • Registered clients with a client account, including clients who post a review;
  • Applicants who apply through Work as an escort.

Escorts who work with us have separate arrangements that we agree with them in person.

2. What data we process and why

Contact form

Through the contact form and contact pop-up we receive your name, email address, phone number and message. We use these only to answer your question. Legal basis: legitimate interest, or pre-contractual steps if you want to make a booking.

Client account

You can create a client account on the registration page. We ask for your name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, full address, nationality, occupation and a password. We also process your account status, the date of your last booking and when you last logged in. An account lets you book faster and, after a first date, view additional model photos. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

Reviews

As a client with an account, you can post a review on a model’s page. Your review and the name or alias you choose are visible to other visitors, so we recommend using an alias. Reviews are automatically checked for spam by Akismet (see section 4). Legal basis: consent, which you withdraw by asking us to remove your review.

Applicants

If you apply as an escort, we process your name, contact details, age, place of residence, nationality, country of birth, education, occupation and experience, your motivation and physical characteristics such as height, weight, measurements, cup size, piercings, tattoos and whether you smoke. You can also send up to 10 photos. We use this only to assess your application and schedule an introductory interview. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps. Your profile never goes online without your explicit approval.

Website visitors

When you visit the website, we process technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. This is needed to keep the site secure and working. With your consent, we also measure how the site is used (see section 6).

What we never use your data for

  • Newsletters or advertising you did not ask for;
  • Selling or renting it to third parties;
  • Contacting you outside an active request or booking.

We never call or message you unsolicited. If we need to reach you, for example about a change to your date, we use the channel you chose.

3. How long we keep your data

We keep nothing longer than necessary. After that, we delete or anonymise it, including the copies of form submissions stored in our website database.

Data Retention period
WhatsApp and text messages Automatically deleted after 14 days
Call history on business phones Up to 3 months; numbers are not saved as contacts
Contact form and contact pop-up 12 months after receipt
Email Up to 12 months
Booking requests and client file (including address and date of birth) Deleted or anonymised 2 years after your last booking
Client account Access to additional photos lapses if you do not book for 3 months; the account is deleted if you have not logged in for 2 years, or earlier on request
Reviews Remain after your account is deleted. We delete them on request.

In serious incidents, such as violence, threats, fraud or crossing an escort’s boundaries, we may keep the necessary data longer to protect our escorts.

4. Who we share data with

  • The escort only receives what is needed for the date: your first name or chosen name, time, location, arrangement and relevant wishes. Your surname and contact details stay with us. All our escorts are bound by confidentiality.
  • Our management has access to the client file; staff only to what they need for their tasks.
  • Authorities such as the police, municipality or tax authorities, only when the law requires us to.

We also work with the service providers below. Parties that process data on our behalf are bound by a data processing agreement or their standard processing terms.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

On your first visit, our cookie banner (Cookiebot) asks for your consent. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings at the bottom of the website.

We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels from, for example, Facebook or Google Ads. If you click the WhatsApp button, you go to WhatsApp and WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted or anonymised;
  • restrict processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • receive your data in a common format (data portability);
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

Send your request to [email protected]. To make sure nobody else requests your data, we first check that the request really comes from you, using the phone number or email address we already have. You will receive a response within one month.

Anonymise or delete completely? When we anonymise, we remove everything that can be traced back to you, but you can restore your account with a short new verification. When we delete completely, everything is erased; your next booking starts as a new client and your reviews are removed as well.

We may (temporarily) refuse a request if a legal retention obligation applies, a payment is outstanding, a dispute is ongoing or a safety incident has occurred. We will tell you why.

8. Changes

We update this privacy policy when the law, our way of working or our services change. The latest version is always on this page. We inform clients with an account of significant changes.

9. Questions or complaints

Do you have a question about your privacy? Email [email protected] or send a WhatsApp message to +31 6 81 61 61 48. We are happy to help, discreetly and personally.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
